Gelatamp contains colloidal silver and is thus clearly distinguished from mere gelatin sponges. Owing to the silver, Gelatamp exerts a broad antibacterial effect over the entire resorption period. The silver also gives Gelatamp its specific brown colour. Fast initial haemostasis, stabilisation of the coagulum and complete resorption. With Gelatamp there are no complications in the healing process and the wound does not have to be reopened. Size 14 × 7 × 7 mm.
